Unfortunately, today in Hungary, there is always the idea that it is worth starting to familiarize your child with foreign languages when you have learned your mother tongue.

Fears about early language education
For the baby to start English and at a very young age, I would say (so many professionals: speech therapist, pediatrician, language teacher) that unnecessary and malignantHowever, with these annual statements, many enthusiastic parents are wondering whether it is really worthwhile to start with small children for English lessons like home English songs. THE the majority of parents want, if your child gets to know a foreign language as much as possible, but before long they lose their enthusiasm when they scold them that it is good for their children. But think of bilingual families, where it is natural for a child to hear more than one language. This article is the most popular I want to dissipate my beliefswhich generate anxieties about early language learning so that parents, with the right background knowledge, can get involved in children's early language development - both at home and in group activities.
Tvvit 1.The child can be burdened if we speak, sing, or sing in a foreign language
That is why I do not like to use early language learning / language teaching / language teaching words, because with young children, if we use the right methods, it is not learning, but rather games. We do the same in English as we do in Hungarian: sing, say, play, talk - just do it in English as well as Hungarian. Because language is a language that is implied in games and actions, they should not be overwhelmed. For the little ones, it is evident that an object may have several names that they do not know, so it does not cause them problems when they hear English words besides Hungarian.
Feasting on natural curiosity if we also listen to songs in a foreign language, sing and play with us.
Tvvit 2.Will start speaking less in your mother tongue, delayed speech development, may cause dyslexia
When you return a child to group language classes once a week, or occasionally listen to English proverbs at home, or speak to us on a daily basis, it will not cause any developmental disorder, since mother tongue impulses dominate the child.
Tvvit 3.Learn first in your mother tongue
On the other hand, language is a system that is constantly changing, and there is no point in saying that we have already learned our mother tongue. New words are always born, the rules change, so in my opinion there is no reason why a child should start only 3-4. class to learn a language. According to the Critical Period theory, this period is exactly the beginning of 10-12 years of puberty - when the elasticity of the brain processing and speech functions responsible for the brain ends.
This means that the best time to learn a language is between 2 and 4 years of age, when flexibility is maintained, then slows down over time, and at the end the minds get their final status. If the child encounters the tongue during this difficult period, it will be much easier to learn it with tongues.
Tvvit 4.It will mix the languages together
Just as my own self does, two and a half years it uses two sentences inside a sentence, for example, during lunchtime, "No more carrot." (There's no need for multiple rappers.) There's no need to be frightened about what you can do to select one language and correctly acknowledge the sentence to be aware of when to use which language.
Equally, this is proof that the little ones still do not discriminate between languages, because for him the yellow-green carrot and the rape do not know that it is not in the same language. Later, when you become aware that this is two different languages, you will be able to distinguish it yourself them, so no cause for concern.
I can cite misconceptions too, because unfortunately there are many hair-raising liars against early language education, but as shown above, there are no established facts or proofs. In most cases, professionals and educators try to distinguish between good and enthusiastic parents from an early start, although they may not have much knowledge or experience with the subject.
There is a very important point to note about early language development, which is the choosing the right method And the adherence that saved the child in a fun, fun way to get to know the language, from the parent to the group. The most important goal is to develop a positive attitude and to love the language so that you can build on solid foundations!
Happy English!
